After our planned hike was vetoed by a feisty 3-year-old, I said, “Let’s just roll with this” and we let “A” direct the entire shoot. Of course, it consisted of make-believe. First “A” was Elsa and froze everybody. Next, she dressed up like her favourite character, Ash, from the movie SING, and re-enacted Ash’s solo “Set It All Free”, including the sunglasses toss! After she got tired of playing dress up, “A” opted for some cuddles and reading a book. A true Day in the Life with a 3-year-old.
